It is with profound sorrow that we inform you of the death of Shirley Pipitone (3 April 1947 – 15 July 2021)

Please join in to celebrate Shirley’s life and legacy. Everyone is invited to all parts of the day.

Tuesday 10 August 2021

The memorial service will be held at 10.00am in the Margaret Whitlam Pavilion of the National Arboretum. A reception will follow where light refreshments will be served. Current restrictions allow 60 people to attend this venue.

A graveside service will be held at 2.30pm at the Natural Burial Grounds of Gungahlin Cemetery.

We are gathering in the evening from 4pm to 8pm at Shirley’s beloved home. Please bring your best stories about Shirley as well as your appetite because small appetizers and drinks will be served.

Wearing the colour green in your outfit would be appreciated, in acknowledgement of Shirley’s favourite colour.
