They supply restaurants and retailers throughout Australia and air freight internationally to 12 countries, including the USA, France, Hong Kong, China and Singapore.
This is done mostly through truffle traders and wholesalers, under their brand, Stonebarn Truffles.
The Ranges also manage a truffle nursery on their property, providing inoculated truffle trees and agronomy support to other farmers, and they produce a range of truffle products, including truffle oils.
