A digital timeline celebrating 150 years since the first issue of the Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society

In light of this significant anniversary, RMetS have collated key articles that have been published in Quarterly Journal since its first issue in 1873.

One of the featured papers was from our own Robert Bell, “I was delighted to see that a paper I co-authored with Alan Plumb at the Division of Atmospheric Physics in Aspendale was one of the featured ones. Alan did the science and formulation, I did the programming.
