Generation STEM is a 10-year initiative delivered by CSIRO to attract, support, retain and train more NSW students in local science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers and study pathways. The aim is to inspire local Year 9 and 10 students into STEM pathways and showcase the exciting career opportunities available at their doorstep.

WSYC is a STEM specific Careers Expo that will provide students with access to businesses that offer STEM careers in their local community. They will be able to ask questions, discuss next education pathway steps and learn more about the varied career paths they could move into.

Students will also be invited to participate in a range of workshops delivered by Industry as well as listen and ask questions as part of a panel discussion by STEM Professionals.
