Women in Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World

Symposium Purpose:
To celebrate the women of IOMRC and their achievements that help make our science organisations thrive. To bring IOMRC colleagues together to foster an inclusive and positive work culture and promote collaborations across the partner organisations.

The symposium will include inspirational keynote speeches and 3-minute lightning talks by IOMRC women with topics ranging from stories of their personal journeys of working in a science organisation to how they manage and thrive through COVID.
