The Pivott Talent Jam is curated to specifically address the elephant in the employment room – how do I get hired in the startup community?

• Take part in workshops built to help improve your resume building and interview skills so that you can put yourself in the best position for employment.
• Hear first hand from founders, who are looking to hire new team members, as they describe their company and what they are searching for.
• Plus, participate in a networking session that literally puts you in front of industry professionals in the startup space to get first hand feedback (and business cards) from future employers.

1pm – Arrivals

1.30pm – Workshops: Hear insights from industry professionals on perfecting your resume and interview skills to land a job with Australian Startups

2.30pm – Reverse Pitches: In true startup style, founders and future employers will provide their elevator pitches so you can learn more about their companies and the roles they’re hiring for.

3pm – Get to Networking: Have the chance to speak to founders one-to-one, introduce yourself and your skills and get real interview feedback (and connections), speed-networking style.

5pm – Event finishes
