Reducing sugar in the diet has been a long-standing challenge for the food industry, not only to support individuals actively seeking to limit their sugar and energy intake but also as a response to public health policy initiatives.
At this face-to-face forum, you will hear industry experts discuss next-generation, natural sugar technologies and ingredients for reducing and replacing sugar in consumer food products.
There will also be a facilitated forum using a hackathon approach, where we’ll discuss how sugar reduction technologies can be applied to food and other industries.
