The report, Protein: A Roadmap for unlocking technology-led growth opportunities for Australia, outlines how Australia is well-positioned to become a global leader through growing established products and markets, as well as developing new differentiated protein products.

It identifies five strategic focus areas that showcase how targeted science, technology and infrastructure investment drive value-adding opportunities across Australia’s protein industry.
