Medical science needs to find its Voice

I was a bit overwhelmed be appointed to the CSIRO Board. Being recognized as an Indigenous scientist was a beautiful thing, especially when we look back at my father’s generation and their struggle to be recognized as citizens of this land. Hopefully I can do a good job and in some way help tell the story of indigenous knowledge in science and what that means for health and wellbeing. We will see.
