Nourish Ingredients opens Netherlands site, targets Europe as “next stage of our growth”
Food tech company Nourish Ingredients, which makes animal-free fats via precision fermentation, has established a global commercial hub in the Netherlands, which it expects to be “fully operational by 2026”.
According to a statement from the company on Wednesday, the site at BioPartner 5 in Leiden (pictured) will include a demonstration kitchen – enabling food manufacturers to see Nourish Ingredients’ fats in their own products – as well as specialised food and sensory laboratories for applications development.
