A group of Australia researchers, including scientists from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and the University of New South Wales (UNSW), have looked at how rooftop PV generation could be used to run air conditioners (AC) to pre-cool residential and commercial buildings.
