Scientists from Australia and the US are evaluating what appears to be a safe and effective vaccine against the African swine fever (ASF) virus, which is threatening millions of the world’s pigs African swine fever, a virulent member of the Asfarviridae family, can kill up to 100% of the pigs it infects.
