The ACT gets a brand new butterfly. The Spotted Trident Blue

The ACT has a new resident, but it’s not human. It’s the size of a fifty-cent piece Cyprotides Maculosus – the Spotted Trident Blue prefers higher altitudes and grassy frost hollows. ANU Associate Professor Michael Braby is a visiting scientist to CSIRO’s National Insect collection and Georgia Stynes spoke with Michael about the significance of finding the Spotted Trident Blue.
